We offer BLIP (BLINC Internship Program) to college students with programs in IT-related courses, Design, Business, and Communication. Providing an opportunity to develop their skills, explore career options, and possibly secure a full-time employment after graduation.

BLIP TEAMS
BLIP Teams include Web Development, Mobile, Design, Social Media Management, Live Support,
IT Project R&D, Community and Office Management, covering a range of key skills and fields.
JR. WEB DEVELOPER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and maintenance of websites and web applications.
- Collaborate with the team to create and implement visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
- Help in testing websites across browsers, operating systems, and devices.
- Maintain, expand, and scale our site as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Familiarity with website optimization techniques.
- Understanding of key website design principles and SEO optimization.

INTERVIEW
Getting Ready beforehand:
1. Wait for confirmation and the schedule of your interview to be sent by our Recruitment team.
2. Be ready to have a stable internet connection free from any interruptions.
MOA
Memorandum of Agreement:
1. If the university is also a partner school, the MOA shall be signed between BLINC Technologies and your university.
2. If not, students shall provide one from their respective universities/colleges.
ORIENTATION
Getting to know BLINC Technologies:
1. This will be covered on your first day on board.
2. BLINC Team will take note of important topics that you'll need later on.
NDA
Non-Disclosure Agreement:
1. Every intern shall be aware of the topics that involve its underlying legalities.
2. Interns shall sign a document that is legally binding and is drafted by the company's legal attorney.
ONBOARDING
Familiarizing Your Team:
1. Interns shall be onboarded by their respective supervisors.
2. They shall engage with each other for an effective collaboration and a friendly work environment.
